I have worked for a company for 17 years and have built up over 400 hours of sick time. I have only worked part time the past 2 years am I entitled to any of that time when I completely quit? Thank you.

In your state, there is no general legal requirement to pay someone out their unused sick leave on termination of employment. If there was a written employment contract or written employment policy that clearly and unequivocally guaranteed you this pay, you may be entitled to it--and if not paid, could potentially bring a legal action for the money. But in the absence of such a written employment contract or written policy, your employer does not need to pay you.
