What t do if I closed on a house 3 days ago and the seller signed written agreement to repair the AC but the unit only worked for a few days?

Is there anyway the seller can be held responsible for further repairs? We believe the unit is being charged so it looks to be in working condition then the freon leaks out within a few days.

If you believe that the seller has not honored the agreement--that is, he or she did not actually make the repairs which he or she had agreed to make--you could sue the seller for breach of contract, to recover an amount of money equal to the cost of fixing (or, if it can't be fixed, replacing) the unit.
