i was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a schedule ll for resale it was three different kinds of pills in a unlabeled bottle two kinds of the pills where my daughters the other was mine but we have precipitations for them from our doctor can i be charged for resale or possession or anything else???

If you were selling pills, you can be charged and CONVICTED of selling controlled substances.  Doesn't matter if you have proscription.  Now, if they charged you just because you had pills and nothing else (e.g., selling them to cop) then you should be fine.  No proof possession was with intent to resale.
