Cash for your Home Dispute

My mother passed and left a home. She was
intestate. My sister agreed to sell the home to
an investor without consent of the other
children. She signed a contract. The other two
did not and we want the property in the family.
The investor is tying the property up in title and
wont release the contract. Does the investor
have a case?

I am so sorry for your loss and for the situation.  Was your sister appointed as the Administrator of your Mother's Estate?  If she was she could sign the contract alone.  If she was not, then she could not sign any contract.  I would apply to the Probate Court to be the Administrator of your Mother's estate asap and bring an action to void the contract.  Good luck.
