What to do if a dealer has not gotten my plates issued or registered my car a month after my purchase?
I bought a car from a dealer 1 month ago and my temporary plates expire tomorrow but the dealer has not got me my permanent plates or registered my car? Is it a breach of contract? Can I get my money back?

If you live in a state where the dealer does this, go immediately and see the dealer about it. If this is something you have to do, go to the department of motor vehicles and see what needs to be done to register and seek monies back from the dealer if you paid the dealer for this service.
