Can your boss ask you to use your personal email for work?
My boss only wants to email me at my personal address. Yesterday I was told that
my work email account is going away, and that it would be best to use my personal
email account until further notice. I am worried that this could cause a legal issue
in the future.

In an "at will" work relationship, an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. This includes having workers use their personal emails for their job. That is unless this action violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement or is some way constitutes legally actionable discrimination.
