If the owner of the property is the owner of the snake and the snake is a known dangerous snake which the owner was negligent in keeping contained or taking care of, then yes you might have a claim.  If it was a situation where you are renting property and a snake came on to the property and you suffered a bite, no, that is not the owner's responsibility or liability.  You would also need to have suffered damages in the form of medical bills or lost wages to be able to make a claim.
