Can you get a divorce if one person has not signed the papers?
My husband has sent me papers that he printed off somewhere and I have refused to sign them so far. His girlfriend now is threatening that I don’t need to sign them anymore but that they will get different papers and I won’t have to sign them. She said I will be legally divorced in 2 months. Can this happen?

If you ignore the situation then what can happen is that he will serve you with paperwork and then if you do not answer he will take a default against you and yes, you could be divorced rather quickly. So if this is really not what you want then I would suggest you seek legal help (I would suggest it anyway to protect yourself. You should never have default taken against you). Good luck.
