can you be removed from the schedule 1 offender list?

I was placed on the schedlue 1 offender list after a fight with another girl who was 3 months younger than me but because she was under 18 (even though I was too) it was classed as an assult to a minor

Charging someone as an adult when they were a minor at the time of the offense can be done.  Why it's being done in your case I don't know.  If you could provide more details that would help.  You'll need to speak to an attorney about this as well.

If money is an issue call the public defender or legal aid.  What I don't know is whether or not this is your first offense; if it is that will weigh heavily in your favor.
