Can my employer require it’s employees to display their photos online?
My employer (a national drugstore chain) is developing a site with their employee’s (pharmacist’s) photos available to the public and the location each work at.

Yes, an employer may require this--it can make it a term or condition of employment that employees allow their photos to be posted online. Employers have considerable discretion to set the terms or conditions of work, and may essentially set any terms or conditions which are not inherently illegal--and there is nothing illegal about putting a photograph online. The employer could terminate any employee who refuses to do this.
