Can the police execute a search warrant after being arrest for drugs?
I was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell. The quantity was just barely enough to get the intent to sell added on and they let me go with a promise to appear. Does this allow them to get a search warrant for my home?

The police have probable cause (reasonable belief that criminal activity is afoot) based on your arrest for possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell, to obtain a search warrant of your home.
If you had been arrested at home, the police could have searched your home without a search warrant as this would have been a search incident to an arrest.
