Can the landlord shut off the internet if internet is included in the rent?

Our landlord has been shutting off the internet from 11:00 pm to 6:30 am and we pay for internet in our lease agreement.

One would have to read the lease agreement here but in the way you have presented the question I clearly have to say no he can not.   It would be like including electric in the rent and shutting of the power for a certain time during the night.  Although there are laws that allow landlords to lower the heat during sleeping hours they can not turn that off either.  You are being denied a service that you bargained for in the contract and that you are paying for.  So I would speak with the landlord and explain that you use the internet all day every day and that if he plans on turning off the system then maybe you should renegotiate your rent and have you pay less and then get your own internet.  Good luck.
