Can the court change the court data on my traffic citation without informing me?

I only found out by calling the automated phone number and found out the data was changed without my knowledge.

If by "court data", you are referring to the name and address of the court, the case number, or date and time of the hearing, you should have been notified.

Nothing regarding the facts or additional information in the citation (traffic violation) should have been altered.
