Can the court change a support order issued by child support enforcement?

I have a support order in place through Child Support Enforcement. Once I file for divorce can the court change the amount I receive? My husband is now making almost 3x the amount as when the support order was issued and I can’t ask for a modification for 3 years?

A court can overrule a decision from Child Support Enforcement.  Changed circumstances such as your husband's increased income would be a basis for the court to order him to pay a larger amount of child support.  If you are seeking spousal support, your husband's increased income will also be a factor in determining how much spousal support the court orders him to pay.
