Can my wife lock me out?

One spouse cannot lock out the other spouse. This is true no matter who is on the deed. The fact is that unless and until there is a formal separation agreement in effect or a final decree of divorce as been issued, the house remains the "joint marital residence". This means that you both have equal rights to occupy it.
