What do you mean change the ownership?
Is there a partnership agreement?
What powers does she have under that agreement?
If she exceeded those powers, her actions are invalid.

No, one owner may not unilaterally (on her own) change the ownership interests of any owner, including herself; she can't give herself a larger share, can't take away some or all of your share, etc. She is, of course, free to create a new business wholly owned by her, if she likes.
