Can my sister and I sell my dad’s truck and motorcycle?
My dad passed away Sunday he had no Will or DPOA in place for finances. He
left a truck and motorcycle behind that are paid for. Are we allowed or able to
sell these on our own?

I am so sorry for your loss. The problem is that neighter of you can legally transfer title at this point in time, since title is still in your Father's name. If this is all he has in his estate perhaps you can look in to a Small estate /Summary proceeding that is permitted in Michigan. I am going to give you a link to a county court information packet. It should be the same in all counties. Good luck.
