Unless you are on a month-to-month lease agreement or are not current in your rental's payment the thirty (30) day termination notice given you by your landlord is not effective in that your lease comes with the sale of the property if there is time remaining on it. I suggest that you may want to consult with a landlord tenant attorney or the Section 8 liason you have for this rental to assist you further on your matter.
