Can my landlord hav a video surveillance camera point at my front porch and balcony?
Is this legal? I asked the landlord to remove the devices but she refused. She is constantly evading my privacy and using harsh verbal frivolous complaints. I am starting the third month of a 6 months lease and want to move now. Do I have a legal remedy?

Under the laws of all states, the video surveillance camera that you are writing about pointed at your front door and balcony by your landlord is legal. You have no justifiable expectation under the law of any privacy from observation by others of you from the outside of your rental.
You can bring an action against your landlord regarding the video camera but the chances are that you will lose it.
