The landlord cannot reduce your hours *because* you are pregnant, unless there is some legitimate safety related reason (e.g. a pregnant X-ray technician could be denied hours, since her work could harm her fetus). However, being pregnant does not prevent reduction in hours for legitimate, non-pregnancy related reasons, such as the employer losing busienss and having to cut staff or hours; or if you had not been doing the job and are having hours cut for performance reasons; etc.
If you feel there are no legitimate non-pregnancy reasons for the reduction, you may have a claim for illegal emploment discrimination, and should contact your state equal/civil rights agency or speak with an employment attorney. Good luck.
