Can my girlfriend be terminated because I didn’t buy a car from the dealership she worked at?

I was on the market for a new car and after visiting the dealership my girlfriend worked at as a receptionist. I didn’t find anything and told the salesman thanks for his time and left not knowing this would cause a conflict between my girlfriend and 3 other salesman. A week went by and she got fired over the whole ordeal. Is this wrongfull termination?

No, it is not unless your girlfriend's dismissal violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement. Othewise, as an "at will" worker she could have been fired for any reason or no reason at all, wth or without notice. The fact is that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit, absent some form of legally actionable discrimination.
