Can my ex obtain my financial bills for doctors/dentist that I have taken my son to?
My ex and his wife have called every single doctor/dentist/psychologist/hospital etc my son has ever seen to see if there are any outstanding bills. They have obtained bills that are in my name solely. I am the financial responsible party, guarantor on the accounts. Now he’s trying to say that he paid an outstanding bill for my son’s surgery, 2 months ago, that I never received the statements for because the new wife has called and asked that financial information be sent to their address. I’m ready to pull my hair out. He’s saying that I’m screwing up his credit. Impossible, not his debt.
