Can my employer take my travel pay away from only me?
They keep taking my travel pay away for
going home after work yet still give it
to other employees for doing the same
thing. One week I will get it then the
next I won’t. It’s a 160 mile commute
round trip for me.

First of all, unless required pursuant to the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, such pay is not legally mandated. Therefore, an employer can choose to pay it or not. Additionally, not all workers need be treated the same or even fairly, so long as such lesser treatment is not due to an employee's race, religion, disabiltiy, age, etc. Otherwise, as an "at will" worker, your company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit.
