In AZ, there is no law mandating that employers provide its workers with either meal or rest breaks. That having been said, federal law requires employers to pay for short breaks that employees are allowed to take during the day. Specifically, breaks lasting from 5 to 20 minutes are considered part of the workday, for which workerss must be paid. If your company is not following the law, you can report it to your state's department of labor or consult direclty with an employment law attorney.
