Can my employer ban me from smoking in my car if they ban smoking on their leased property?

If your car is on premises owned or controlled by your employer and your employer has a "no smoking" policy in place at work then by virtue of your car being on work premises your employer can ban you from smoking in your car while it is parked at work.
