Can my employer add a statement to a write-up after I have sign it?
I signed my write up then a year later I asked to see the write up and she add a false statement to it. Is that legal?

No, it is not legal, and a statement added by someone else after your had signed your write-up would have no legal effect--no one else may speak for you (unless you had specifically authorized them to do so, which is highly unlikely to be the case). The employer could add a comment or marginal annocation which is clearly not yours--i.e. nothing says it can't write on your write-up--but it can't pass that off as your own remark.
