Can my criminal trespass charge be expunged if it is my only arrest and I pled Nolo Contendre?
It was dismissed after community service but remains on record.

If you plead "no contest" with respect to a criminal trespass charge and the charge was later dismissed after you successfully completed your community service work, there is no conviction to expunge since the trespass charge has been dismissed.
I suggest that you have a criminal defense attorney look into the matter for you to make sure that the trespass charge is in fact dismissed. If so, there is nothing left for an possible expungement
