Can locks be changed if I’m not divorced yet?

I’ve had major problems with wife. She left for TX and said she wouldn’t be back. Now after a couple days gone, she says she’s coming back.

Not yet. Unless and until there is a formal separation agreement or divorce decree in effect that states who has the exclusive possession of the house, it remains the "joint marital residence". This means that you both have equal rights to the use of the property. This is true no matter whose name is on the deed/lease, and even if your wife temporarily moved out.
