CanI use my husband’s debit card without his permission?

Well here is the issue. If the debit card is attached to a bank account that is in both of your names, you have a strong argument that is already allowed based on the fact your name is on the account. Even if your name is not on the account, the monies in there are considered marital assets if earned during the marriage. The issue becomes whether there are other more preemptive laws (think criminal laws) covering conversion or theft in general.
