It almost certainly would not be legal, unfortunately. A famous movie quote is almost certainly copyrighted by the studio (or whomever owns the rights to the movie), since any original textual creation (e.g. a quote) belongs to its creator, or to whomever its creator (e.g. the writer[s]) worked for. Only the owner of copyright has the right to use the copyrighted material; anyone else using it is violating copyright and could be sued.
