Can I throw out my ex-roommate’s stuff?
She has been moved out for 2 months and refuses to take the rest of her stuff. She wants to have a yard sale at my place without my permission. What can I legally do?

You should look at the requirements under your state's abandonment laws and then perhaps see if a third neutral friend would be willing to help. If she moved out and is not on the lease anymore, she has no right to come back to the property. Talk to the landlord at that point and point him or her on notice.
