Can I take legal action against my ex-wife for accessing my bank accounts and changing the information on it?
My ex-wife has gained acces to my bank accounts and changed the info on it. Additionally, she has hacked my email account to reset information and get new password on my bank accounts. What can I do?

Can you get new bank account and new email account? She may be breaking the identity theft law. You should gather some evidence and file a police report if that is the case.
