I am so sorry for your situation. I hope first that you are some where safe and sound. Okay. Parents have alegal responsibility to care for you until you are 18 years old. Can you sue them? Well, you would not be able to sue on your own becuase you are a minor. But some one can sue them on your behalf and in this case it would be the State of New Jersey. Get help from an adult that you trust and who can maybe apply to have custody and care for you. Good luck.
