Rather than suing your parents for placing you on birth control when you were 12 years of age where the medication supposedly damaged your body, I would be targeting the manufacturer and distributors of the medication that you took as possible defendants instead. You can possibly bring an action against your parents about the subject of your question. However, most likely they were trying to protect you against becoming pregnant at an early age.

As to your medical condition caused by the birth control medication that you took, I recommend that you consult with a personal injury attorney immediately in that I see potential statute of limitations defenses as to a possible personal injury claim that you could bring.
