Can I sue my ex-employer for unjust termination?
I was written up for the first time in 16 months for insurbordination, which was unjust. Then a week later fired. I know this was retailation from the so called insurbordination, which was me asking a supervisor a question.

Unjust termination is perfectly legal. It is also legal to retaliate against an employee for questioning a supervisor. Unless you had a written employment contract, you were an employee at will; an employee at will may be fired at any time, for any reason whatsoever. From what you write, your employer had the right to fire you; therefore, you would not have a cause of action.
