Can I sue my employers ifI was fired without notice?

I just got fired today and I only worked a month. I received little training and I never received a warning before my termination.

I'm afraid that you have no legal claim here for a claim of wrongful termination.  Why? That's because the majority of employment relationships are "at will".  This means that an employee can choose to work for an employer or not.  In turn, an employer can hire or fire and employee for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice

Exceptions would be: 1) if there is a union agreement that prohibits such action; 2) if there is an employee contract or company policy that does not allow for this; or 3) if discrimination is a factor.
