Can I sue my employer for wrongful termination
I am currently working for a construction company. My grandmother is also getting an addition to her home from the same company. She recently had fallen at her home in the construction area. If she does proceed to sue them and they fire me do I have a case?

You can be fired for this reason, any reason or no reason at all. This is known as "at will" employment. This means that an employer can set the terms and conditions of the worklace much as it sees fit. So unless you this action violates an employment contract, union greement or company policy it is legl. Also, your treatment must not constitute some form of legal discrimination.
