Can I sue a poster on Yelp who is not one of my patient and called me quack

An individual posted a review for me and called me a quack. our records
according to her name indicate she is not one of my patients. I notified
Yelp, but they refused to remove the review. Can I sue Yelp for defamation.

No, you cannot sue  Yelp: federal law specifically protects websites who post other people's content from defamation suits. You may, however, sue the person who created and posted the content for defamation: he or she is liable for what he or she posted online.
