Can I sue a dentist office for pulling out a tooth without being numb or on any medication, plus after I told them to stop before the started pulling?

There is no point in suing for the pain from on poorly or unanaestheticized extraction. The amount of compensation you could get for enduring the pain of one extraction is so little (consider: to get significant compensation, you generally need injuries like long term lost of a limb function) that, given that you would have to hire (i.e. pay) a dental expert to testify at the trial about what was done wrong, you would almost certainly spend more on the case than you would get back.
