Can I still renew my license if I had a car accident was not my fault and my license expired 2 weeks ago?

Luckily, I didn’t get a ticket for it. It was reported as a crash report though. Can I still renew my

driver?

Your license is not automatically suspended after a car accident.  It's only suspended for criminal type offenses (like DUI) or if a civil judgment is obtained against you for the wreck and you fail to pay it.  Based on what you have described, this is not criminal in nature because you were not given a ticket.  A judgment has not been obtained against you since it's only been a couple of weeks.
