If you have received a full discharge and your motor vehicle was not listed as a debt/attempted to be taken by the creditor and not listed as an asset or you were able to keep the vehicle because you affirmed the debt, then you can certainly sell the motor vehicle. Keep in mind, you want to make sure you have received a full discharge and you are not subject to any potential claims by any existing creditors not listed on the bankruptcy. Contact the bankruptcy trustee and ask a few questions about your full claims, your discharge and if the appeal period for any motions to be filed by the creditors.
