It is legal so long as:
1) You do not suggest a connection to or relationship with the original seller that does not exist (e.g. that you are a distributor or representative);
2) You do not use their trade- or servicemarks in your advertising (only the owner of the marks can use them or authorize their use);
3) You do not mislead consumers about the source of the products; and
4) If when you bought the product, there was no terms of sale saying basically "not for resale" (since such terms constitute a contract and are enforceable).
