Can I request that my husband still carry me on his insurance even if we are getting divorced?

He is not obligated to continue insurance for you. That is unless he is ordered by a court to do so. If he stops it now, you could go to court and ask that it be continued; the judge would have to decide at that point if you are  entitled to it.
