Can I put a GPS on spouse’s car in a community property state even though my name is not on the title?

I want to confirm if they are cheating.

May I ask: is this car a car that was purchased during the marriage or in other words, would it be marital proeprty in a divorce?  Do you use the car too in the marriage?  A court in New Jersey has ruled that a wife did nothing wrong by putting a GPS in the glove compartment of a car jointly owned by them to track her husband.  It worked.  He sued.  He lost. So check and see if there are any cases in Texas that would rule in your favor and hey, what's the worst that could happen?  The "evidence" gets thrown out?  Seek legal help.  Good luck.
