This would be a civil case (lawsuit), not a criminal case.

You could file a lawsuit for invasion of privacy.  Invasion of privacy includes the public disclosure of private facts.

Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit for invasion of privacy) would include mental distress, harm to social or business interests, and if applicable, physical illness.

You could also seek punitive damages (a substantial amount) to punish the malicious and wrongful acts of the person who publicized your photos.

Your lawsuit for invasion of privacy must be filed prior to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations or you will lose your rights forever in the matter.
