Can I make an amendment to our living Trust by myself?

If a revocable living trust was created by two settlors, usually any amendment or revocation of such trust must be done by both settlors.  However, sometimes the terms of the trust instrument provide otherwise.  You should consult with the provisions of your trust instrument that govern the amendments and/or revocation of the trust to determine whether any change can be made by one settlor.
