Can I lose custody because I am disabled?
I explained to commissioner I was unable to work due to a blood clot disorder. Haven’t worked for 4 years. Husband was addicted to drugs and suicidal so I preferred being the caregiver anyways. Still I was ordered to find employment. I applied for social security n immediately was approved. Tech its not job but I have enough to live on. Husband has $2000 more a month n lives rent free with relative. I have my own place. I have temp custody. Can’t afford a lawyer I wish I could because they play dirty. Will I lose custody because he makes more money?

Simply because you are disabled should not under the law be a reason why you will lose custody of your children with the exception that if your disability prevents you from taking adequate care of them.
