Can I lease out my bar?

If you own the property in which your bar is located, you of course could. If you lease the space, you need to look at what your lease says; if it does not prohibit subleasess or assignments, you can. You also need to lease or sell your liquor license, if the person you are leasing to will run it as a bar.
