CanI keep my car if my ex-husband owns itbut Ihave been driving it for 8 years?
There is nothing in our divorce decree about the 3 vehicles he owns; he just let me keep the car. Can he report it stolen?

Were the vehicles his before you got married? Because if they were purchased during the marriage they would have been considered marital assets. And they should have been addressed either way so that everyone was clear about the matter. If he is giving you the car go and make it legal. Have an agreement drawn up addressing these issues and have him transfer the title to the car to you. You need to figure it out with a lawyer. Good luck.
