Can I get my son’s dad’s rights taken away because he is unfit, abusive and a drunk?

He is a marine and he kicked me out 6 months ago after we had a fight, where he pushed me into a wall. Then I found out by his mom that he got married 3 months ago. He told me back when he kicked me out that he only wanted to be the check. What do I need to do?

Given the abuse that you have suffered by your father, I suggest that you consult with social services in the county where you reside as well as a family law attorney to see what your legal recourse is. From what you have written, you might be better off living away from your father.
